Phoned corgi and they said they will try and get a plumber over to me asap, as now boiler switched off and mains water turned off. This was due to having to order replacement parts from our supplier. On tuesday the engineer comes to replace the valve but boiler still not working after new part installed. I found the gas engineers prompt, courteous, new what they were doing.

Small emergency call out for leaking boiler dealt with amazingly quickly within about one hour after online notification. Engineer Joseph Le Hec contacted, attended and immediately advised what the problem was also took steps to effect a repair. My elderly mother experienced a burst pipe on 15th dec. called corgi who came out but couldn’t fix it, promised to be back in the morning. Still leaking today the 19 th dec. spoke to someone on the phone and was told they’d call back but haven’t. Meanwhile she has water pouring everywhere.she pays a monthly fee to cover events like this to avoid the stress , but this company has created more stress for her. I took out this Maintenance contract in December 2013.
